A Common Class Staticoid TD found active in the Port City of Guixu. It bears resemblance to artifacts from ancient civilizations in the city. This enemy has higher RES to Spectro damage.
A small TD fused with a signal light, its Forte incorporates the common sense of "stop on red, go on green", and will slightly punish those who do not civilize the public.
